Tayfun Ocak
Tayfun Ocak is an experienced real estate professional with almost 30 years of expertise in the management and development of real estate portfolios. He has successfully realized construction projects, new buildings and repositioning as well as acquired and marketed residential and commercial properties. In management roles at renowned institutions such as pension funds, insurance companies and banks, he has proven his ability to develop teams and implement projects sustainably.
With qualifications in architecture, business administration, finance and real estate trusteeship, Tayfun has extensive specialist knowledge. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Swiss Real Estate Think Tank (srett), he has an excellent network. His language skills in German, English, French and Turkish strengthen cultural cooperation.
In his free time, he enjoys golf, sailing and skiing. His active football career is now behind him.
